    PRIVATE ART VIEWINGS & ACQUISITIONS:

    Scheduled viewings may take place at galleries, artist studios, or depending on the circumstance of the relevant work(s), we can arrange a bespoke viewing service. This can be arranged during or post-purchase. Our responsibility extends to negotiating with galleries, dealers, or artists on the client's behalf, ensuring the most favourable pricing. Furthermore, we oversee post-sale logistics, encompassing tasks such as framing or reframing, delivery (including international shipping and necessary insurance). This comprehensive approach guarantees a seamless and personalized art acquisition experience.

    BONDED CUSTOMS WAREHOUSE

    We partner with bonded private vaults that are fully ‘bonded’ with customs warehouse authorisation, allowing works to be stored, viewed, examined and packed, with duty and VAT payments suspended until the object is removed from the warehouse. We provide both short and long-term solutions, and have a specialist team of customs experts who can advise on imports, exports and Temporary Admission (TA).

    Johan Nélson aim to make selling art easier than ever. We would love to help consign and resell artwork that you already own and take the complications out of it for you. The way we do this, is through offering a simple complimentary estimate that will help you get a rough idea of the price range we could look to sell your works for.

      Firstly, we will need you to send us a full description of the condition the artwork you are looking to sell is in, along with clear photographs that are preferably free from any glare. Once we receive this information our team will decide if it an artist/artwork that we are interested in taking for consignment – and if possible, provide you with an estimate.

      Our advisory and consultancy will actively look to promote the artworks you submit to both new and existing clients along with displaying them on our social media channels. The process of selling art can take some time, and it is important that we do not offer you any unrealistic promises.

      During the process we will keep you updated and informed on every offer that we receive for your artwork whilst it is consigned with us. If you decide to accept one of the offers, we can kindly arrange for the transaction to take place with our accounts team insuring that you will be paid within 14 business days of the completion of the purchase
